Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process your order before it ships. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping typically takes 1–2 weeks, depending on your location and carrier delays. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary.

International Orders & Import Fees

For international buyers (outside of the U.S.), import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply. These charges are determined by your country’s customs regulations and are the buyer’s responsibility. OJALÁ is not responsible for any additional fees or delays caused by customs processing.

 

Lost or Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. If you experience any issues with delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

Refund & Return Policy

 

All Sales Are Final

 

Unfortunately at this moment we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason, except in the case of damaged or incorrect items. If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at contact@ojal-a.com within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and find a resolution. Claims beyond this timeframe cannot be processed.

 

Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition as received

• Unworn or unused

• With tags and in its original packaging

• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
